Pubblicato sulla “Gazzetta Ufficiale” n. 7 del 10 gennaio 2025 il correttivo adottato con il decreto legislativo del 27 dicembre 2024 n. 216.
Il D. lgs. 216/ 2024 in tema di «Disposizioni integrative e correttive al decreto legislativo 10 ottobre 2022, n. 149, in materia di mediazione civile e commerciale e negoziazione assistita», sarà in vigore dal 25 gennaio 2025.
